You pay one price per metre of drop length, plus delivery per tube. Every figure includes VAT, and the page shows your full total, line by line, before you order. There are no set up fees and no hidden extras.

Measure the width at the top, middle and bottom, and the height at the left, middle and right, then enter the largest of each. We add 5 cm of trimming allowance to the top and bottom of every drop for you, so do not add any extra, and do not take anything off for sockets, switches or skirting.

A drop is one vertical strip of your mural. Each drop is up to 130 cm wide, and they start out equal across your wall. You can drag any join on the preview, for example to keep it away from a face or a fine detail. Each drop overlaps the next by 8 mm, so there is never a gap.

Yes. Set up and add each wall in turn. At checkout every print is listed with its own Remove button, so you can take any of them out before you pay.

Yes. Download your quote as a PDF. It lists your wall, every drop width, the resolution check and the full price, with a quote number you can mention if you contact us.

Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP and we print it to the exact size of your wall. The preview shows how it fills the wall and where every drop falls before you pay.

We check the print resolution: how many pixels of your image land in each inch of wall. At 45 PPI or more an image looks sharp from normal viewing distance. As a guide, a wall 3 m wide needs an image about 5,300 pixels across, and a typical 4,000 pixel phone photo stays sharp up to about 2.26 m wide.

Move over the preview, or tap it on a phone, and a small window shows that part of your image at the size it will be printed. If you can see blocky pixels there, you will see them on the wall. The scale assumes a standard screen, so treat it as a guide.

Never. Your image is scaled to fill the wall and trimmed evenly from the centre, keeping its proportions. The preview shows exactly what will be printed.

The check shows the largest size your file will print sharply. Use a larger file, choose a smaller wall, or contact us before ordering. You can still order it once you tick to confirm you accept the lower resolution, so the choice is always yours.

Matte laminated self adhesive vinyl, printed with water based HP Latex inks. Latex prints come off the printer dry and odourless, and the matte laminate cuts glare and protects the surface.

Start with a clean, dry, smooth wall. Hang drop 01 first, against a vertical pencil line rather than a corner. Peel back about 30 cm of backing, press the top into place, then smooth outwards from the centre with a felt edged squeegee as you pull the backing down. Overlap each following drop by 8 mm, then trim the top and bottom with a sharp blade and a straight edge.

Smooth, sound, painted walls and other smooth surfaces such as primed board. Avoid textured walls, damp walls and fresh paint; let new paint cure fully first, which usually takes a few weeks.

It peels away slowly at a low angle. How cleanly it comes off depends on the paint underneath: well cured emulsion usually lets it go cleanly, while weak or recent paint may lift with it. If you rent, test an offcut somewhere hidden first.

The matte laminate makes it wipeable. Clean it with a soft damp cloth and a little mild soap, and avoid solvents and scouring pads. It suits kitchens and bathrooms away from direct splashes, steam and heat.

Every print is made to order in North Yorkshire, then rolled into a sturdy tube for delivery anywhere in the UK. Delivery is charged per tube and shown in your price before you order. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Yes. Every price includes VAT at 20%, and your receipt shows how much of the total is VAT.

Because each print is made to your measurements from your own image, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or with a printing fault, contact us as soon as possible with a photo and we will put it right.
